What appliances come included with the rent?
It varies by house, but all have Oven, Hob,Fridge, Freezer and Washing Machine with others having also TV(s), Microwaves, Tumble Dryers and even Dishwashers!

How do I apply for my council tax exemption form?
Depends on were you study, ask us and we will help or ask your tutor.

How do we report a problem with the property?
We ask if possible by email; you can use the online enquiry form from our website; althought you can call the office if more urgent.

Who’s responsible for changing light bulbs?
Tenants are, however please feel free to ask for any assistance if you are unsure and need help

What are the responsibilities of the lead tenant?
To act as main point of contact in relation to your deposits protection and release at the end of your time with us

Can we keep pets?
We don’t allow pets as a rule, but feel free to ask if you want!

This varies depending on location and type. The city council will advise you (01512333000) or drop us an email and we will help.

Do I need a TV license?
Yes, if you intend to use the services that a Licence covers.
