All our property is accredited with Liverpool City Councils accreditation team, with regular checks on items as varied as gas safety and electrical testing, all property is of a good quality; managed and maintained by Glenwood’s own staff and our sub-contractors. No agents are involved in the process giving you quick and efficient response to any and all needs. As a minimum all bedrooms have a double bed, desk and study chair; wardrobe (often built in) a bedside table. Curtains and or blinds are provided. When required by legislation all Licensable HMOs have current certificates. All furniture complies with Furniture and Furnishing Fire safety Amendment Regulations of 1988 1989 1993
